Cant download from nexus mods

I did some testing and it appear that nexus is the problem because I can download mods from another website no problem, I checked everything from fire wall to cookie and security setting and try download mods on chrome (I was using opera gx) but it wasn't working. . Also, I can't provide a mod list because I can't download mod watch from Nexus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
